Sometimes all you need is just a good cup of coffee as a start to your morning or afternoon pick me up. But do you know what is really in it?
Something as simple as a nice mocha could be tasty, but can just end up being a sugary drink that will hold you over for a short time before you crash.

Soooo.. What is actually in that coffee?
A typical mocha contains:
-350 Calories
-10g Protein
-17g Fat
-30g Sugar
Most people do not know that their morning or afternoon coffee is actually worse than not having coffee at all. 
So, what is the solution?? Well. Here is my mocha of choice:
-100 Calories
-15g Protein
-2.5g Fat
-2g Sugar
Now that is a mid day pick me up! A healthy snack with a little bit of caffeine and a great taste to satisfy the sweet tooth!
